I was traveling through on the way to Connecticut needed a morning wake up, found this place...Staff was friendly, lots of protein shake and healthy natural energizing tea options to choose from. Clean and nicely decorated inside. I only get the energizing tea and it was delicious, very flavorful

Easily the best place you will find in Syracuse for clean caffeine and protein shakes! The drinks are so good, the staff is so friendly, and the environment is incredibly welcoming. They are often adding more to their menu and including the community in all they can do. You won’t be disappointed by stopping in!!
